All the British pilots had their time on the podium today as Team GB won the Team Championship overall, after very impressive performances throughout the squad. Pete Harvey is the Open Class European Champion for the third time in a row, with Steve Jones in Bronze position, and Ed Johnston 5th.  Russell Cheetham is the new 18m European Champion, with Mike Young in Siver position, and in the 15m class, Leigh Wells came 4th with Tim Scott 9th. It was a very strong performance all round leading to the award of the Team Gold medal to the Team Captain, Phil Sturley, at the end of a very moving medals ceremony.
